How long have you lived in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area?

I’ve lived here since I was 4 years old.

You’ve got a great big family!  Can you tell us about them?

Our kids range from 5 years old to 24 years old, 4 girls and 1 boy.  I love having a big family.

Your husband, Todd, was a Major League Baseball player for 15 years.  How did you meet?

We met while I was working  @ P.F. Chang’s.

What was it like raising a family while following your husband’s playing career?  How were you able to manage the home life while he was on the road?

Fortunately, I met my husband at the end of his career & when he retired he chose a job with no travel while the kids were little.

Today, you work alongside Todd as an entrepreneur.  Can you tell us about your business, the brand, and why the word ‘Relentless’ is so prevalent in your message?

It’s super fun to get to work alongside my husband building our Stottlemyre International brand. It’s all about Relentlessly pursuing to be the BEST at whatever you decide to do. Our mission is to Serve, Inspire, & Impact!

How have things changed with your children now that you’re working more on building a brand?

It’s great with the ages the kids are now.  They all help with the brand in some way either by inspiring us or using some of the tools we offer.  All of the kids with the exception of the 5-year old use the Relentless Success High Performance Planner we created. It’s a system with a calendar & accountability system to help hit the targets you set all in one.   It’s very rewarding to build something the kids can be apart of.

How has the recent COVID-19 pandemic affected your life both at home and with your business?

The Covid-19 pandemic has made both our business & home life way more busy!  We have a full house with all the kids home so it has been interesting to balance work & home responsibilities.  Some days are better than others but we have been blessed with the opportunity to intentionally connect more as a family with bike rides, family dinners, and movie nights with school and activities cancelled.

What would you and Todd’s message be to those who have lost not only jobs, but family members, during this crisis?

As hard as it sounds we are firm believers in practicing gratitude & journaling.  Even journaling through the pain when you don’t feel like it & trying to find something no matter how small to be grateful for during the struggle.

Who is the beneficiary you’ve selected for this project and why are they important to you & your story?

We chose to benefit Patient Advocate Foundation because my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in July with a very aggressive type. Watching her strength as she endured grueling treatments & surgery with such a RELENTLESS will & positive attitude was amazing.  She is truly an inspiration not only to us but all the people she has met & continues to meet through this process.

100% of the proceeds from the sale of Erica’s ‘Relentless’ hat will be donated to Patient Advocate Foundation, A national 501 (c)(3) non-profit charity that provides direct services to patients with chronic, life threatening and debilitating diseases to help access care and treatment recommended by their doctor.
