The guys at Dome make you feel like you want to do business with them. They don’t want satisfied customers, they want raving fans. A custom online hat builder makes their headwear company the best in the business by far.  I can wear any hat on the market I want, and I wear Dome. It’s that simple.

In addition to Coach Mac’s impressive bio, we asked a couple key questions about his coaching life.

Q: What’s the motivation to keep coming back to the grind of high school coaching?

Coach Mac: Football has been a part of my life for 41 years. I had several coaches when I was younger that molded me into the person I am today. I continue to coach because I want to give back to the game that helped shape the course of my life.

Q: In your mind, what’s the biggest problem today in the coaching profession?

Coach Mac: In public high school it’s simply trying to keep your neighborhood kids in your program. Trying to build a community atmosphere that we have lost over the last 10-15 years. Combine that with sub par compensation for the job we are expected to do and you have the main reasons our state loses some of their best coaches every year. Winning and losing has become the #1 priority and it’s effecting our ability to help make football players become good young men.
